What kind of Dedicated Server Hosting do you provide?

We provide both Self Managed and Fully Managed Dedicated Server Hosting. Our Published Dedicated Server Hosting Rates are for Self Managed Dedicated Servers. If you require a Fully Managed Dedicated Server Hosting, kindly Contact Us so we can discuss, in detail, your Full Server Management Requirements and, for us to be able to provide you with the corressponding Add-On Management Service Fees.

What Operating System can I have installed on my Dedicated Server ?

We exclusively carry Microsoft Operating System Products. We can install, Windows Server 2003 Standard Unauthenticated 32 bit and Windows Server 2003 Standard R2 Unauthenticated 32 bit on your Dedicated Server.

What Softwares are Pre-Installed on my Dedicated Server ?
|
|
Upon your request, the following Softwares can be Pre-Installed (Free of Charge) on your Dedicated Server; MS DNS Server; MS IIS (Web / FTP) Server; Imail Email Server; Hosting Controller Panel; and MS SQL Server.

Can I Install other Softwares on my Dedicated Server ?

Yes! We allow the installation of other Softwares on your Dedicated Server. However, the responsibility of installing, configuring, securing, managing and maintaining such other Softwares shall be your sole responsibility. As a policy, we do not and can not provide technical assistance / support in installing, configuring, securing, managing and maintaining your other Softwares.

Who is Responsible in Securing and Managing my Dedicated Server ?

Our responsibility is limited to the "Actual Physical Security" of your Dedicated Server. The Operating System and Software related Configuration, Security, Management and Maintenance concerns / requirements of your Dedicated Server shall be your sole responsibility. If it is NOT part of your service contract agreement with us, we do not provide technical assistance / support in Configuring, Securing, Managing and Maintaining your Operating System and Softwares.

What kind of Support do you provide for your Dedicated Server Clients ?
|
|
Our support is limited to your Dedicated Server's Hardware and Newtork related Issues. This include among others; Hardware and Network Troubleshooting / Resolution; IP and Port Installation / Configuration; and Manual Physical Reboot of your Dedicated Server. If it is NOT part of your service contract agreement with us, we do not provide technical assistance / support in Configuring, Securing, Managing and Maintaining your Operating System and Softwares.

How long Does it take for my New Dedicated Server to get Deployed ?

New Dedicated Servers are deployed within Three (3) Working Days upon receipt of all required payments.
